Hello everyone!!! Life has been great the last few days, things are moving along with the adoption, we had a few snags a week or so ago but with any adoption that will happen. We have up weeks and down weeks, this is a up week so we will take it!!! We had our Big set of finger prints done on Tuesday in Cleveland. This makes sure we aren't wanted anywhere in the US, and it allows us to proceed with the adoption. Our home study will be ready any day, then the fun begins!!! LOTS OF PAPER WORK!!! but it is SO worth it in the end, having that beautiful baby in our arms, all the sadness of waiting just disappears. Luv to all and thanks for your support

How she has grown!!

I can't believe how she has grown already!!! She is so sweet and we are falling hard for her,that face says it all. We sent Starr the fostermother a box of clothes and some other items for the baby, the outfit in the pics are from us. We didn't buy alot of pink because we weren't 100% sure if she would be a girl. Starr says she is alittle angel! Can't wait to hug and kiss those little cheekies:) She already has her daddy wrapped!!!

Alayna was born April 27th 2009 at around 10, she was 7lbs. Alayna and Sydney's birthdays are one day apart, so this is diffently a red thread of a family meaning to be together. She is at the foster families house and they are a great family, and we totally trust them with her. Thank You Tonkin Family!!! Well,we still have a long road ahead but its so worth it in the end. There is no greater joy than being a parent and we are very lucky to have the oppertunity to adopt again. We want to thank everyone for their love and support, so lets get this baby home!!!!
